General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Bella Marketing Ltd., Bul. Bulgaria 128, et. 6 ap. 64, BUL Plovdiv, Bulgaria (hereinafter "Provider") and consumers who purchase a tarot reading through the Tarovela platform (tarovela.com).
2. Description of services
Tarovela offers AI-generated, personalised tarot readings as digital content. The reading consists of an individually generated text and a spoken audio recording based on the question asked by the user and the chosen card spread. The reading is entertainment and spiritual inspiration — it does not replace professional psychological or medical advice.
3. Use of artificial intelligence (AI)
Every reading on Tarovela is generated by artificial intelligence, not by a human tarot reader, psychic, or advisor. Both the text and the spoken audio are produced automatically by AI models based on your question and the drawn cards. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or incomplete, and no particular outcome, insight, or result is guaranteed. Readings are provided solely for entertainment and self-reflection and must not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other important decisions.
4. Order and conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the user completes the order by clicking the payment button and the payment has been successfully processed. Upon receipt of payment we confirm the conclusion of the contract by providing the reading.
5. Prices and payment
The price per reading is $4.99(incl. statutory VAT). Payment is made exclusively via the payment service provider Stripe. Stripe's terms of use apply. The purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order.
6. Delivery and provision
The reading is digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier. Delivery is made electronically via a personal link, generally within a few minutes of receipt of payment. There is no right to immediate provision in the event of technical disruptions.
7. Refunds
Tarot readings are digital content that we generate and deliver immediately. Purchases are non-refundable once your reading has been generated. If a technical problem prevents delivery, contact us and we will re-deliver or refund that reading. See our Refund Policy.
8. Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and in cases of injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to typically foreseeable damage. Liability for the spiritual or psychological effect of the readings is excluded.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which you reside, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of your state of residence.
